About
I spent my youth under the coconuts trees bouncing between the French Riviera and the Caribbean where my father works as a painter.

Very young, I was already in the water, playing with the waves and diving . I started surfing very young; as I was very interest about all water – related sports like fish diving, surfing, wakeboard, skimboard ….
I remember, it was in 1999 at the begining of the sport, my uncle taught me how to control a kite. I enjoyed it at the very begining. He gave me a small 3 m foil kite and I started to play with it on the beach ,
jumping, bodydraging,…
Just after school, with my small foil kite I went directly to the beach playing with it but it wasn’t enough, I wanted to use the power of the kite on the water but I didn’ t have enough money to buy the complete gear which was very expensive at the time.
I was trying with a big windsurf board , my old bodyboard and my small 3m foil kite…
It wasn’t enough, but the money being an obsctacle to purshase some gear, my uncle told me to make my first kite myself, he gave me the construction plan, the material and my grand mother’s sewing machine.
I spent over 3 month to build it on my own, I was around 14 years old… and the kite was flying, it was a copy of the first Naish AR 3.5 7 m.
Gerome Caillet the Shaper from Radical gave me one of his old directional board; I could kite for real.
In 2003 I started my first competition and I won my first contests in Martinique, and became Caribbean champion.
In may 2004 after my final school exam, I decided to start medical studies to find out I was more suited to travel the world and spend more time on the water than at the university.
I started to train a lot, went to Dominican republic to become an IKO instructor which gave me the oportunity to work, make enough money to live and kite a maximum.
I had the chance to compete in various world competition around the globe and started to get enough cash from my sponsors to live out of kiteboarding.
I have now been using ocen Rodeo equipment for the last 7 years, I work on the R&D, have my own pro model board and travel the world looking for the most beautiful places to kite.
During those years of kiting I started to show interest in photography, video and movie editing.
Traveling around the world I try to get as many pictures and videos as possible and share them in the kite magazines or website.
I have directed filmed and edited my own television show Ride Along broadcasting in several different countries.
The world is endless, make it small, explore more !
